Description
MB 12 Mixed Bed Ion Exchange Resin, commonly referred to as Super Charge Resin, is a premium-quality mixed bed ion exchange resin designed to produce ultra-pure demineralized water. It consists of a highly purified mixture of strong acid cation resin (H⁺ form) and strong base anion resin (OH⁻ form) in a stoichiometrically balanced ratio, ensuring excellent water quality and low ionic contamination.
In induction furnace installations, Super Charge Resin is widely used in DM plants, closed-loop water cooling systems, heat exchangers, and cooling circuits. By removing dissolved minerals and ionic impurities, it helps prevent scale formation, corrosion, and electrical conductivity in cooling water, thereby extending the service life of induction furnace coils, power cables, heat exchangers, and other critical components.
