A.) Silicon Bonded Mica Sheets (Waterproof)
Silicon Bonded Mica Sheets is used between the yoke and induction melting coil. It provides thermal as well as electrical insulation. These sheets have a longer lifespan because they are waterproof.
B.) Flexible Mica Sheet with Glass Fiber Cloths
Flexible Mica Sheet with Glass Fiber Cloths is used between the induction coil and coil lining to provide electrical as well as thermal insulation. Also, it provides slippage between the coil and lining. It can be used at a variety of places in Induction furnace for different purposes.
C.) Mica HRM (Heat Resistant Micanite) Sheet
Mica HRM (Heat Resistant Micanite) Sheet is used between the yoke and induction melting coil. It provides thermal as well as electrical insulation.
